MEAL OPTIONS & RECIPIES

The most enlightening meals you can eat to increase your vibration and chance of awakening. All customizable and with options.

ENLIGHTENUTS

  • ​PICK SOME NUTS/SEEDS & GRIND THEM

    • ¼ cup Walnuts (soaked overnight)

    • ¼ cup Brazil Nuts (soaked overnight)

    • 2 Apricot Kernels (soaked overnight)

    • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (soaked for 1 hour)

    • 1 tbsp Flax Seed (soaked overnight)

    • 1 tbsp Chai Seeds (soaked for 1 hour)

    • ​1 tbsp Watermelon Seeds (soaked overnight)

  • ​BLENDER OPTIONS
    • Liquid Options

      • 1 cup organic unsweetened macadamia nut milk

      • 1 cup coconut water or water

      • Splash ash gord juice

      • Splash cucumber juice

      • Splash wheat grass juice

      • Splash tart cherry juice

      • Splash prune juice

      • Splash aloe juice

      • 1 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive oil​

    • Additional options​

      • Broccoli sprouts

      • Ginger

      • 1-2 tbsp honey

      • ½ cup pumpkin​

      • 5 grams of metal-tested organic cocoa powder​

      • 2 tsp cinnamon

      • 1 tsp acai or elderberry powder

      • 5 grams of creatine

    • Extra fiber options

      • Apple​

      • 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin​​​​​

      • 1 tbsp acacia senegal powder

      • 1 tbsp Inulin​

  • POUR OVER

    • 1-2 cups of Berries (rasp/black/blue/acai - do not blend)​

      • Some people do better with digestion by eating fruit first, and an hour or two later, the Enlightenuts

      • Fruit alone is okay for your first meal

      • I enjoy pouring my mix over macadamia nuts and berries to eat like cereal​

Enlighten smoothie

  • Listen to your body. We need to have some fiber. If your body needs more fiber, eat more veggies and fruit and juice less.

  • Juice some greens or powders

    • Wheatgrass​

    • Barleygrass

    • Aloe

    • Spinach

    • Kale

    • Romaine

    • Arugula

    • Dandelion greens

    • Bok Choy

    • Cucumber

    • Celery

    • Spirulina

    • Fennel

    • Add some herbs

    • Ginger​

      • Cilantro​

      • Parsley

  • Add some fruit​

    • Banana (plantain better)​

    • Apple

    • Oranges

    • Berries (blue/black/rasp/acai)

    • Pomegranate

  • More options​

    • 5 grams of cocoa​

    • 1 tbsp chai seeds

    • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

    • 1 tbsp hemp seeds​​

ENLIGHTENMEAL

Cooked in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes:

  • Base options:

    • 1/2- 1 cup of organic lentils

    • 1/2-1  cup of white rice soaked overnight

    • Potatoes (sweet best)

  • Add your choice of veggies​​

    • Broccoli or broccoli sprouts​

    • Cauliflower

    • Swiss Chard, Spinach, Watercress

    • Asparagus

    • Brussel Sprouts

    • Beets

  • Add your choice of herbs​

  • 1 key lime​

  • 1-2 tbsp of hemp seeds​

  • 2 tbsp of organic coconut oil

Enlighten & Lighten Salad

  • Choose base

    • Broccoli sprouts

    • Microgreens

    • Argula â€‹

  • Add a raw veggie or two

    • Asparagus

    • Snap Peas

    • Green Beans

    • Broccoli

    • Black Olives

  • Pick an herb

  • Mix

    • 1-2 Tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • (Key) Lime or Lemon Juice

    • Salt & Pepper

  • Pick Fruit Topping(s)

    • Cranberries

    • Berries

    • Dried cherries

    • Dates

    • Prunes

    • Apples

  • Pick Nut/Seed Topping(s)

    • Sunflower seeds

    • Hemp seeds 

    • Macadamia nuts

    • Walnuts

    • Almond slices

    • Brazil Nuts

Guacamolelighten

Blend the following:

  • ​2 Avocados

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • Cilantro

  • 1-2 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Option

    • Diced tomatoes​

  • This can be added to the Enlightenmeal or buckwheat toast for a meal option​

ENLIGHTENACHOS

Bake salted and oiled (organic EVOO) sweet potato slices for 20 minutes at 450

  • Mix in a bowl:

    • 3 tbsp soaked walnuts

    • Cilantro

    •  1 Radish

    • 2 Avocado

    • 1/2 can Black Olives

    • cut up grape tomatoes

    • Key Lime Juice 2nd Best Lime Juice 3rd Best Lemon Juice​​​

  • Top over potatoes​​​

Power Apple Crumble

  • 4 Chopped Apples

  • Juice from an orange

  • (Key) lime or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1-2 tbsp honey (optional)

  • 1/2 cup of Walnuts or Macadamia Nuts

  • 1/4 cup Cranberries or Dried Cherries or Berries or Dates or Prunes

ENLIGHTENUT BUTTER

  • Choose some nuts

    • Macadamias

    • Walnuts

    • Brazil nuts

    • Sunflower Seeds

    • Cashews

    • Almonds

    • Pistachios

  • 2 Tbsp: Olive Oil for Every Cup of Nuts

  • Add to mixer and mix for 5-10 minutes

  • Store in a glass container

ICENLIGHTEN CREAM

  • Choose some berries

    • Blueberries

    • Raspberries

    • Blackberries

    • Strawberries

  • 1 can of Organic Coconut Cream

  • Options

    • Banana

    • ​1 tbsp Honey

    • 1 tbsp Cocoa Option​

  • Mix ingredients, pour into a glass container and freeze

ENLIGHTEN BARS

CHOOSE BERRIES

  • Blueberries - Raspberries- Blackberries - Strawberries

  • Smoosh into the bottom of glass container

  • Mix cocoa and coconut oil and pour over berries

  • Freeze

Enlightenade

  • 1 cup of hydrogen water or water with a hydrogen tab

  • 1/2 or 1-2 tbsp of one: key lime​/lime/lemon

  • OPTION

    • 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper powder

Enlightenight Juice

  • Tart cherry juice has natural melatonin and tryptophan​

  • Butter lettuce and dill are calming​

  • Spinach has magnesium & is a muscle relaxer

  • Cucumber​ for hydration

  • Kiwis can help people sleep as well
